Birth Control And Womens Health
If you are a sexually active woman who is still menstruating then you need to think about birth control. But birth control and womens health are two things you need to think over and study up on. If you don't want to get pregnant and you don't want a sexually transmitted disease you will need to consider several options of birth control. You will need to plan and prepare before you consider having sex on what method you will want to use. There are some surgical methods that are permanent like female sterilization and some that are for emergency use only like the morning after pill. There is the pill, patch, sponge, IUD, cervical cap and others you could use but these do not protect you from STD's. Abstinence is best but you can use a condom for a high amount of protection for STD's and pregnancy, although nothing is going to give you 100% protection.Labels: birth control and womens health
