Women's Sexual Health-To All Married Ladies--The More Sex The Better!!!

womens sexual healthSome women are so afraid to let their hair down. They are so afraid to talk about situations that would have otherwise been considered "taboo". It's one thing to be modest and lady like when you are out in public-especially if you are single. If you are single, you don't want to come off too "sexually active" because it might make you look too "available".

BUT, ladies, if you are married-talk about sex with your husbands. A husband and wife's bedroom is not a place to practice being modest and shy about sex. Women's sexual health is so very important! Almost as important as our heart health, mental health, and emotional health. It releases tension, stress, and helps improve the sensuality in a relationship between a husband and a wife.

Yes, that's right, you read correctly, having sex is healthy!! Correction-if you are married, having sex is healthy!!

Womens Health Questions-No Such Thing as a Dumb Question!

womens health questionsHey moms, sisters, aunts, grandmas, and friends! Do you ever wonder about your body, your health, your hair or skin? Do you ever want any more information about all those medical statistics you've heard about and read about regarding the health of women? I have a ton of womens health questions! I wonder why there are lists of risk factors for breast cancer, but then many women who have breast cancer don't even have any of those risk factors in their lives.

I always wonder why women of different ethnicities are more or less susceptible to various types of diseases. Why do some women tan and some just burn? How can we keep up with all the many facets of being a woman: from pregnancy, to regular pap smears, to keeping up our calcium intake, to keeping our weight down?

Now, I know we are all human, but women seem to have a lot more to think about when it comes to our health. After all, some of our moms-to-be need to keep their health in good standing for the goodness of a little guy/gal growing inside of them. Their breast milk has to be healthy, their weight has to be good, their blood has to be nourished, and let's not forget about all the emotional side effects that go along with pregnancy. Oh, our emotional and mental states are other womens health questions in of themselves! Thank God for women's health magazines and books!

Womens Heart Health-Ladies, Don't Miss Out On This!!

womens heart healthThis is important for us to know about ladies. Cardiovascular disease is the single biggest killer of men and women in the United States!! However, womens heart health seems to be less at risk before reaching the menopausal state because of our female hormone estrogen. This hormone seems to act as some sort of natural protection.

Research tells us though, that ironically, even though slightly more men have heart attacks than women, women who do have heart attacks are twice as likely to die within the following weeks than men are. Some health professionals say this may be true because women and their doctors often fail to recognize the symptoms of heart disease since heart disease is typically thought of as a male problem.

Thus, paying less attention to the health of a woman's heart by not recognizing symptoms, leads to a delay in treatment that could be lifesaving.

womens health issues-Important facts to consider

womens health issues
Subscribing to several women's health magazines was one of the best decisions that I could have made. Being a woman myself I found that it was important for me to stay on top of many medical topics that pertained to women. Topics such as: pregnancy, dieting, sex, disease prevention and the latest womens health issues. I have gained important information in regards to the health of women that I would have otherwise missed out on.

One thing I have learned, for example, is that osteoporosis, a disease of the bones, doesn't just happen to post menopausal women, it occurs most often in Caucasian post menopausal women. What was more interesting to learn was that the reason for this frequency is unknown.

Another important thought for women to keep in mind is the fact that treatment for osteoporosis shouldn't be acquired after the symptoms of the disease are present, but treatments are more effective if they are used before symptoms present themselves.

In addition to this, a lot of treatments used for several women's diseases tend to be more along the lines of preventative measures rather than measures to cure. This is definitely something to consider.
